What initially started as an opportunity for Fossil Group employees to showcase their creative talent and support a community partner, has now evolved into a highly anticipated art auction and collaborative community project.
Millennials differ within cultures. Workplace behaviours and attitudes are tied to personality traits and characteristics, so differences in work ethic, attitude, and organizational commitment exist even within the same culture or generation.
MINISTRY OF HR TO REVIEW MINIMUM WAGE IN MALAYSIA. Human Resources Minister M. Kulasegaran launched Malaysia’s first ever National Wage Index (NWI). The NWI was developed as a guideline for both employees and employers to measure salary changes in the national labour market.
An article on performance assessment in the October 2016 issue of the Harvard Business Review traces the history of appraisals back to the days of World War I. Termed the “merit rating” system, it was used by the US military to spot poor performers for discharge or transfer. Within the next two decades, the article notes, the system was adopted by 90% of companies in the US.
Lights, Camera....ACTION!!! For a brief moment in March the Propay team got to live out our fantasies of being 'top models'. We had our corporate photo shoot for the year.
It was thrilling to be involved in such a production but it was even more fun as the whole team worked together to re-write our firms' values based on our team alignment initiative. The team enjoyed getting their pictures taken for our upcoming office posters, reflecting our values.
Propay Partner's number one priority is our team and so who else better to capture our values then our very own.
INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY - 2019
"When women thrive, we all thrive" was the engaging mantra at this years Propay Partners' International Women's Day in the office. The morning started out with a beautifully decorated office filled with pictures of iconic women who have made and are still making a difference in the world today. What added to this joy even more was that every female team member was gifted a rose and a card from the bosses, which was distributed by our 3 hunky male team members in the office.

We started off the month of March re-acquainting ourselves our Clients by presenting them a copy of our 2018 Annual Report. This meetings have presented an opportunity for our Clients to voice their opinions on our services, which will enable us to serve them better. It has also been a good opportunity for Propay Partners team to get acquainted with our Clients Payroll colleagues.
