WHAT WE GOT UP TO
WHY IS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING SO IMPORTANT?

At Propay Partners we understand that for a company to be truly Client-focused, team members must understand how important customer service is to the company, how service fits into the culture and values and how he or she plays a role in it. That doesn’t happen spontaneously; it requires training. In July the Propay team took some time away from payroll processing to solely concentrate on upping their game in their customer service skills in a 2 day training session with a professional Customer Service Trainer. We walked away learning that Customer Service not only applies to the Clients but to each other as colleagues as well. 

WE ARE WITT-Y
(Winning Together Team-You)

Every so often at Propay Partners we like to break the momentum of work and go have fun as a team. For July the Propay team got together at the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) for our  4 hour WITT-Y (Winning Together Team-You) training & personality test session.

The results of the personality tests were to say the least quite a surprise. Introverts found out that they have the characteristics of an extrovert and vice-versa. This was met with tons of laughter and light banter back and forth among the team.

One of the more fun training sessions we have had for 2019 and the best part - we are now much closer as a team as a result and are looking forward to the next session.

Who says payroll can't be fun and what better way to have welcomed July than by unleashing our hidden talents.

We decided to try our hand at painting and what do you know, there were many Leonardos, Michaelangelos & Da VIncis walking among us. The best 5 pictures won some fabulous prizes, but that is not to say the rest of us were not happy. Just being able to produce something beautiful was an experience to remember.
